Had a lovely lunch with a friend. Great food and atmosphere. I had market fish and risotto my friend chicken schnitzel chips. Followed with the chocolate mousse raspberry dessert which was delicious Wonderful service from the lovely David. Thank you We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel & also enjoyed a fantastic meal downstairs. It was a shame we could only stay for one night because it honestly was so luxurious - we felt very spoilt. The room was clean & tidy, the amenities provided were fantastic, love the Aesop products, and we loved having little treats to come back to after a delicious dinner. We're already looking forward to staying again, next time for a lot longer!

A special mention to Seth who gave us great recommendations on wine, we tried brands we weren't familiar with and he understood our wants and budgets as a group. He also helped us with booking our table and we had a great spot. Very impressive wine collection, can't wait to go back and try more.

My wife & I enjoyed a 2 night stay ( Fri 29th & Sat 30th May ) along with another couple. Our rooms were fantastic being very spacious & clean. We enjoyed drinks by the fire on Friday afternoon followed by dinner in the restaurant where the meal was superb along with outstanding service from Sylvia & Erica. Erica even arranged for complimentary dessert per couple after realising there was a slight delay with a couple of main dinner orders ( which we did not query ). The Hotel is in a fantastic location close to all facilities we visited and all staff provided excellent service. We can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful time at Crafers Hotel. We enjoyed both the hot coffee and iced coffee, and the taste was absolutely amazing. The environment was beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for spending quality time. The fireplace bonfire-style setup was the most attractive part and made the place feel warm and cozy. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience were excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful café/hotel experience in the hills. ☕🔥
